Quality Computer Consulting was originally founded in 1993 as a family venture. When family life beckoned some of the Venema partners, QCCS gradually moved from a growing business into a side business. In 2005, Robert took over sole proprietorship and re-imagined the company as a thriving full-service business.

Robert Venema has been doing technical support since 1987. His career began at American Express, where he worked in the business systems development unit, developing and supporting applications for its corporate card product. Then in 1996, Robert seized an opportunity at the Royal Bank of Canada, developing and supporting several bank products and eventually moved into a more dedicated role supporting their computer equipment and networks.  Before branching out on his own in 2005, Robert was 3rd line technical support at the banks Mississauga call centre, supporting a team of technical analysts and handling all major technical escalations in the centre's day to day operations.

With over 35 years of technical support experience, a solid understanding of system life cycles as well as technical planning learned in large corporations, Robert can assist your business whether you operate one or one hundred computers.
