At QCCS, we prefer to be up front and straight about our billing policies and practices.
- Effective January 1st, 2024 the new hourly rate is: $90.00
- Backup Hosting and Monitoring rate is 0.5 an hour per month. Effective January 1st, 2024 all accounts will be adjusted accordingly.
- The minimum charge for a remote session is half an hour.
- The minimum charge for a site visit is one hour. The billing period begins with travel to your site and ends when all work on site is completed.
- Effective July 1st, 2021: After hours support, including evenings after 5pm and weekends, is billed at time and a half unless otherwise negotiated.
